Have you ever tried to tie up a robot girl with only one hand? It's really difficult. Flashman is learning that.
Oh well, at least he has all the time he wants. Since he stops time, you know. You can tell because of all those little flashes around.
And with this, we're done with Megaman 2 Robot Masters... or are we? I've been given some ideas for the MechaDragon and the GutsDozer. Maybe I'll even do something with the Alien!
